We added a custom-built bench inside the shower for comfort, stability, and a spa-like experience—one of the client’s personal requests. The new plan also included a custom vanity, improved lighting design, and smart design elements to maximize the small condo layout.

Working in a condo means respecting strict plumbing rules. The existing stack and piping could not be relocated, which limited layout options. To overcome these constraints, we engineered a solution using a linear drain that allowed us to improve drainage performance while keeping all plumbing connections within compliance.
