I hired Smart Bathrooms Renovation to work on the bathrooms in my townhome. I was very apprehensive due to previous bad experiences with contractors but this turned out to be a very positive one. Natalia and her team of experts completely renovated the existing bathroom and the entire third floor, where they built a brand new bathroom, a walk-in closet, and installed hardwood flooring. The project was complicated and lengthy but Natalia did everything to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. She is highly professional, patient and attentive to details. She completed the design for all spaces, assisted me with the selection of materials and fixtures, advised what worked and what wouldn’t, and offered very competitive prices.
The teams that worked on the project were highly skilled, worked fast but with very high quality. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and everything was explained promptly and professionally. Natalia took the time to address any concerns I had and was very understanding and helpful when I needed more time or had difficulties making a decision. We maintained open communication and she provided in great detail everything about the project from a daily schedule and updates to detailed cost estimates and reports.
The project was finished on time and within budget, and each time there was a cost concern Natallia offered different options and solutions.
Although it was very stressful for me, working with this company made it so much easier. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Smart Bathrooms Renovation for all your renovation needs. With them you will be in good hands!
